its called a snapping shrimp.

Maintaining the burrow: the way it works is that the almost blind shrimp (normally there's just the one) keeps the burrow entrance neat and tidy, and the goby guards the home. I think the technical term for this sort of relationship is 'mutualism' (any biologists watching please correct as necessary...)
