Glenn Gould was one of the Great Heavyweights. The Czerny edition has #3 at "Vivace." 80 bpm / 1 beat per measure- 3/8 time sig. Interesting that Gould leaves out those 2 bar l.h./r.h. trills and several turns (i noticed he does the same thing in #4). i also like how he adds some Romantic style rubato to the Baroque form.
@TheFranchise417 The Alfred Masterworks edition that I have says Allegretto (52-60), but this is just the editors suggestion based on a compilation of speeds given in different editions, commentaries, and recordings.

In what book do you see that ? because in Bach's originals allegretto is not there

Doesn´t seem to anyone this piece to be played too fast? I think alegretto is slower tempo than this.
