hey, im 21, im 201 cms tall, ive been going to gym for a month and my membership is finished, im currently working out at home and im on a diet, ive stuck with it since, ive lost 10kgs in just a month, woow i know... i used to be 155kgs now im 145kgs, but what im trying to achieve is getting bulky n cut up, not sure if i should keep doing weights im starting to go for runs, but im still confused.

@rednesredfriend dont do weights at all dude. do resistance training.
basically push ups twice a week, some pull ups. and cardio.
dont listen to the idiots who tell you to lift weights at your age. once your body matures ten you can right now you should NOT!

look at randy coutures circuit training on here. hes basically doing that except couture uses the barbell.
