Billionaire Strikes Back: Prokhorov picks fight with Putin

Candidates have been throwing their hats into the ring ahead of the Russia's upcoming presidential run-off. One of the world's richest men, Russian businessman Mikhail Prokhorov has formally announced he's running in the election, scheduled for next March. RT's Irina Galushko reports.

prokhorov might be not the best choice for russia right now... but, probably he might bring some changes in russian politics, which is in a really bad condition currently, that going to affect it in future. so its very obviously the need of changes.
