Actually, according to the band, since they put an umlat over the "Y" in their name now, they say it's still pronounced as "Green Jello," mostly as a FUCK YOU to Jell-O for suing them.

Actually, the original name of the song is, in fact, "Whip Me Teenage Babe," and it does appear on at least one of their old EP's as such. Their label, however, made them change the name to "House Me Teenage Rave" due to concerns over possible pedophilia overtones that people may mistakenly get from the title of the song, and they wanted the band to actually sell records without such controversy. The lyrics, however, stayed intact, so really, it didn't make much sense.

The name of the song, Track 9, on the Cereal Killer Soundtrack, is Titled "House Me Teenage Rave" Released in 1993. Wikipedia has a full listing of the tracks of that album, but you are correct that the lyrics do say "whip me teenage babe"
