@onlyjoetee You're damn right! There'd have been no Wailers or possibly a Bob Marley without Familyman. Reggae is bass driven. Every song is recognizable and can't stand as dub with just the bass line. Would the 'Stones' be the same without Keith? U2 without 'The Edge.' The difference is white people value themselves and each other more than we do. Rita needs to give Fams some money. It's his music too!

@aceridgey Aston Barrett is the reason, I play bass (well kinda) wish I could post the link of that interview, Al Anderson says some bad things about family man, even if it's all true he deserves respect and recognition for what he has given to reggae music.

@aceridgey As a matter of fact, that the reason why Aston Barrett is the only member of the wailers band, Al Anderson and Junior Marvin formed "the original wailers" because they could not stand Family man anymore, there is an interview with Al where he says that he doesn't want to see Aston as long as he lives, it would be a dream to see all of the members of the wailers band together.

Yeah, I wonder why none of Bob's kids got with the Wailers and did a tour. It could be Ziggy Marley and Wailers or Kymani Marley and the Wailers or Rohan Marley and Wailers.... This would be hot. But I guess 'Family Man' doesn't get along with Bob's family due to legal issues and such.

If their is a God, Aston and Carlton were his vessels, Bob was the ship's captain. It aches me to hear all the glory Marley stories and neglect Aston or Carltons's contribution. I know, Bob felt he hit the lotto when he met Carlie and Familyman.
