Jean Paul Martini was a French monk living in Italy were one of his musical pupils was Mozart. Martini was born in 1741 aynd died in 1816.

This is not true, Giovanni Martini is a totally different man. He lived from 1706 to 1784. He's also called Padre (father) Martini.
Jean Paul Egide Martini was a german/ french composer and lived from 1714 to 1816 he is the composer of plaisir d'amour.

Giovanni Martini was his name the French called him Jean Paul, he was christened Giovanni as he was Italian
