So if even the trailer is rated 18+ the chances of it getting a M 17+ rating in america at very slim! and if it gets rated AO then that kisses goodbye to the game!

SEGA might just be putting the 18+ warning to be safe. After all, that rating wasn't ESRB.

Also, you might be able to get away with not being carded if you act confident enough at checkout...
