@damightynick I've had this system for a couple of years now and only had one issue and that was with the cd drive and it was fixed within 24 hours. Not sure about Dell but all of the sales crew are all pc experts so helps when you order.

I'm reading a lot of hate here. There is always going to be someone who puts down someone elses' rig. I have 3 kids and a wife, and can't afford much myself, but I'd rather have a rig that played games fairly well and some money left over to take the family out than buy a $4000 rig and play Crisis for the rest of my life with maxed frames in my Mom's basement. Nice rig Wizzer1985!

OK, if you have a complaint about a company could it at least be honest. Cyberpower is CHEAP!!! So cheap that building a pc on newegg will cost me more than a same spec from CYberpower. Now, if they suck and are shady is one thing but you cannot follow your complaint up with they charge you for every little thing because they do not.

@MrGhostphone Ohhoho yeah RIGHT. I ordered a computer from them, and they were VERY helpful. And english. There was a problem with my compuer (cannot remember what it was), but I called technical support and they explained to me what to do. And as well, buying from CyberpowerPC saves money if your going to build the same specs. And if you had that experience years ago, then why don't you get an update and realize that Cyberpower has good service.
