you don't turn it on, its just always there. It only opens when you run a G5 program.

There's no way, that this has anything to do with Leopard.

In the real 10.5 Leopard, Rosetta is greatly improved. PowerPC apps run at near-native speeds now, no joke.

This is Leopard, I just didn't put Time Machine in the dock because I don't have an external drive to use with it and Spaces does not appear in the dock by default
