Yeah, I saw him on CNN today, he made the story up, under his name they flashed that he's a monologist, all this time I thought that "story" came from a journalist. Also, he admitted he lied about not having the interpeter's phone number when CNN ask for her number which he admits to now and he admits to fabricating and the interpretor said he lied. Now we have to research people who do news type stories?

Ira Glass: Mike's monologue in reality is a mix of things that actually happened when he visited China and things that he just heard about or researched, which he then pretends that he witnessed first hand. He pretends that he just stumbled upon an array of workers who typify all kinds of harsh things somebody might face in a factory ....

he so acurate,but i must say that he is also describing American in a LOT of ways. American knows that young people are the ones that start revolutions, so great lengths are gone to to keep us distracted with those same electronics and trinkets and TV and stuff that are used to keep our Chinese family suppressed.
