Origin into Schools Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 1 of 3

November 18, 2009 a group of us were part of a national gospel outreach where we distributed 170,000 copies of a special 150th anniversary addition of Charles Darwin's Origin of Species. Its a special addition because it also includes a 50-page introduction, written by Ray Comfort. In the introduction Ray presents some fascinating facts about Darwin and then goes into refuting the THEORY of evolution. The most special feature about this book is the fact that Ray also included a very clear Gospel presentation.

Our team went to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and distributed 1,000 copies of the book. This was a great opportunity to actually talk to students and faculty. The book was an easy bridge to talking about spiritual matters, and then on to talking about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The goal of our project was to get the Gospel into the hands of the students and faculty and by GODS grace we boast in HIM in accomplishing the mission.

Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

@tamal01 We were so encouraged by the response we received from the intellects on campus that we returned again this year. We love the intellects. Although their pride makes a discussion about Creation vs. Evolution difficult (so much for free thinking), they have a conscience just like everyone else.
