just wondering, but can the foresters be a tad older, like round the age of 2/3?

I am going to the new forest sales next month because i have always wanted a pony and i thought that this would be a great way for me to learn more. i am soo excited! and i know its a lot of hard work but im ready for it! and as i am homeschooled i will have lots of time to spend with him/her... but i was just wondering what they are like and do they make good riding ponies because some people say they do and i hope they are right! so if you can tell me anything about them please do! thank you

Sadly the meat men are there, I was speaking to our farrier and Longlat zoo buy them to feed to the lions and etc... its so sad

i know this may sound really stupid, but are the meat men there???? I hate them, but i'm getting anouther pony and i want a new forest, but if the meat men are there then i will come home with all of them because i dont want to see them beng sold for meat xxxxxxx :)

this makes me really sad for some reason it may be that the ponies are all cramped together i dunno :(

they make fab riding ponies i have a dun new forest but i didnt buy him from the sales. im going to go to the sales this year tho

i posted i comment a year ago saying i might of been getting a shetland there for my birthday :) jessforhobbit12, i did get a shetland, he was 1 yearling, he is now 3 and i have basically broken him in :') we also got a chestnut yearling there last year as he diddnt sell, his owner heard us talking about getting a chestnut and said we could have him as they would probally just take him back and shoot him :( he is really good now though! :) we go to every sale! :) its really nice for a day out!
