@SystemaSpetsNaz Your videos are very helpful, i cant learn this as well as i could since my punching bag broke, but watching tha style of how this guy is doing it i get a pretty general idea, i practice some of those reversals i saw you do in other videos with my sister, and i getting pretty good at it.
