Trying to get back into shape for cheerleading any tips for increasing stamina?!

  • Try high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to boost endurance. That's where you train intensely for short periods, then rest, then do another intense interval and so on. You can find some good HIIT workouts online. Also, make sure you ingest enough calories when training intensely. Eat clean, and get plenty of protein. Studies have shown that whey protein can help boost endurance. Also, weight training is also helpful in boosting stamina. Good luck with your fitness program!

  • Get back into shape? You're in better shape than I am! lol! Your arms look really good. Looks like they're better defined than before. I love your muscles. You're very strong too. No effort to do those pullups! I would love to see you flex again, only bending your arms more so your fist is closer to your head. It will show off that great peak better. Just keep working out and you should be fine. Do you run at all? I think that would help your stamina and cardio.
