That Count Duckula game seems 10 years out of date for 1992. It looks like one of those crappy electronic handheld games you get as a stocking filler.
As for Grange Hill. Just say NOOOOO!
What is up with that walk?
Do drugs make you Moonwalk everywhere?
'A patch of wasteland covered in rubbish'
Is that a description of the game?

grange hill must be one of the most frustrating games in the world, like most 8-bit text adventures :)

Amstrad games usually have terrible graphics and unreliable gameplay.

Fester's reaction at 1:08 is priceless. It looks like the box art freaked him out.

@loneshewolf74 Indeed. :D

The way Ashens just reads that game over to children gives me chills. He should be a fucking narrator for books. :3

@loneshewolf74 Because we 'mericans didn't francify our language to emulate a bunch of Norman barbarians! *escapes in a puff of smoke*

In Canada we spell honorable that way too. Why do Americans spell so many words without a "u"? And more importantly, why do they even care if Canadians and British people spell them with a "u"? Why does ANYone care???

Holy shit, your voice is like gonorrhea of the ear

Why does the kid moonwalk in grange hill?
RG7621 1 year ago
@RG7621 No idea, he doesn't in the Spectrum or Commodore 64 versions.
I think it's actually a bug that they left in as it kinda looked funny.

What is a frame rate?
RorytheRetrokid 1 year ago 2
@RorytheRetrokid How many frames of animation are on screen per second. you need at least 24 per second for convincing animation, but essentially, the more frames per second, the smoother the animation.
Hence why Duckula looks so slow and jerky as it has a really low frame rate.
