@kaputasri I see your point. I remembered that Miyuki Nakajima wrote the song about one killed foreign prostitute who was working hard for her own poor family. Even the police officers just thought like "one fucking poor foreigner was killed". Miyuki's view usually captured such social contradictions and still searches for the figures of the unsung good people.

@fargaiaalpha I agree singers of her caliber appear once in a generation.The reason is that Japans music industry has got too commercialized like the rest of the world.So it's all about supply and demand.What the ppl demand they have to supply, or else there out of business.So it's all about catchy pop melodies with less emphasis on the meaning of the song.I'm not dissing all songs, there are some good music out there, but the quality is not high as these song.

Best lirycist ever . I love her songs Listening to music I never heard so profound , so true and inspiring lyrics in my life,. Thants why it keeps inspiring me since few years an d each time I buy an album of Nakajima-san.
