  • @peziak you are doing something wrong then, the bell rests on the forearm not your wrist

  • So far, I like the Kettlebell work out. But I worry about long term wrist damage. It hurts the back of my wrist a lot.

    BTW, the guy looks like Chris Meloni. I wonder if they do this exercise in OZ.
