And you personally know that is what they believe? Temporary marriage is still practiced by some sunni sects; the showing of grief, while not condoning bloodletting, the beating of one's chest isn't wrong...And Imam 'Ali HIMSELF explained his rank in that regard(read "Kitab ul Irshad")...Remember the hadith from Rasolullah(SAWS) that "..the truth is with 'Ali, and 'Ali is with the truth..." this is unanimously agreed as sound by all schools of thought...

Dude this is some sweet stuff , but serious this is is like to much of party imo to be islamic , man its like one dude is beatboxing the other is rapping !

We as muslims seem to ignore history; the nonmuslims pay more attention to detail than we do. Islam wasn't a shangri-la; there seems to be a misconception that just because someone KNEW the prophet, then they became some sort of "saint." this doesn't appeal to logical analysis, my brother.

The hate they hold for members of the Sahaba, the blood lenting and chest pounding, the temporary marriages, the accusations they claim that some parts of the Qur'an have been omitted, the belief they hold that Ali (ra) is superior to other prophets. I am a lover of the Ahl Ul Beit, but to love the Ahl Ul Beit does not necessarily mean you have to fundamentally change many aspects of Islam to appear consistent with one's beliefs.
