Over the age of 13 its a $350 ticket or something to ride on a sidewalk, Bicycles are defined as a vehicle and are premitted on all streets excluding freeways/some highways. Last but not least If there isnt enough room for us to ride comfortably on the side we can take over a lane legally to protect our lives, were also allowed to take over a lane if we can do the speed limit.

Go ahead and say that to me when im riding where I live, I guarentee you someone and or myself will kick your ass, just because of your ass complaning about bikers in the road!

Bikes are not usually allowed on sidewalks, so hence we have to ride in the road. That law is very strict where I live. If your caught on the sidewalk you can get cited and have your bike taken away. It pays to learn about laws before yacking at peopole for riding in the street!

Why do you think you have more of a right to the road than cyclists? We don't kill people.
