If ever a song didn't need changing it was this one. It was absolutly perfect, just the way it was. Not even sure better mics don't take something away.

lovely song. It captures so well Larkin's melancholy sense of how fragile happiness is. Is there a reference to Virginia Woolf's suicide in there too??
