Your probably wondering what happened with me and Carlos. Well, everything happened; we went thru a lot of stuff. We went thru the troubles of getting away of Mr. Chesnutt, he never liked for people in band to go out. But we didn't care; it was only me and him in our purple and grey bubble. We went thru getting in trouble and those very good times alone, let say stuff happened. Then everything happened so fast, just like a blur. There was this girl I don't want to remember her name. She and Carlos had broken up 3 days before our start came. She came back from where ever she was. Then our problems started coming, he still liked her. Then I would always see them together, I felt I can't explain it, I tried to forget. Then the only person to make me feel better was Jake. Then I went to Jake crying one day, my friends had told me some stuff about Carlos. Jake and Joseph were there; they both hugged me and told me that it was going to be okay. Jake had to go change; it was the panoramic picture that day. Then I stayed with Joseph, one of my friends came out and told me that we had to get our clothes, Carlos came and asked me what was wrong I walked away from him mad. I wanted him to tell me it was going to be alright, to hold me in his arms and deny everything. I came and Jasmine helped me with my stuff, I could barely see with all the water in my eyes. I and Jas were walking back and I get another hug from Jake, we stayed there for a while and he kissed me. Well I stayed there astonished, I liked the guy, and yeah I was going out with Carlos. But I usually stayed away from him, Carlos knew I liked him. Carlos and I would tell each other everything, well that's what I thought back then, and he lied to me about a lot of stuff. But I never did, I didn't like keeping stuff away from him, it felt wrong. Then from then our relationship started going downhill, then came the end of the school year, we went to the movies together a few times, we kissed but it went nowhere. Then, he stopped answering my calls and I gave up, and I hadn't heard of him since then.

I noticed they were talking to each other, and I went back to reality. They were talking about a book, that's weird, Rose doesn't like reading. I couldn't even imagine her with a book in her hands. "Do you guys want to go inside?" I asked. Rose looked at me those big brown deadly eyes, I laughed. "Rose I'm guessing that a no," I said, and laughed again. I listened to my laugh and it sounded a little off. I guess I was still a little nervous for seeing him again. I kept chanting to myself 'don't worry' over and over.

After a while of being in the bookstore, some guys came in to view. They were Carlos's friends; they looked like football players, football players? Carlos had always been the kind of band freak person like Rose and me; yes believe it or not Rose is in band, still. It had surprised me she had stayed for high school. I listened to their conversation.

"Hey Carlos, who are you hanging out with?" the big guy in the middle asked, he looked huge! Someone that could serious crush my body easily.

"An old friend of mine" I turned my head to look at Carlos. He crookedly smiled at me, I shyly smiled back. The tall guy looked at me and smiled creepily. He turned to Carlos and spoke.

"Aren't you going to introduce me?" he said and smiled at me again. I looked at Carlos and noticed that Rose was throwing flirty glances at the guy, but he didn't seem to notice her.

"John this is Zoë and Zoë this is John," he said and the guy looked at me and smiled.

"Nice to meet you John," I said. I looked up at the guy again, damn he was huge.
