the song was introduced by Cale in Cardiff, Wales in 1986 as "two jail birds who were also lovers". Great performance of my favorite live John Cale song.

That is a goosebump inducing performance. Awesome. I am also enjoying Cale's - 'A Dream' from Songs for Drella gig. An altogether different performance that next to Cable Hogue shows Cale's versatile genius. Thank you for posting
