i remember getting pissed one night at a pub about 3 /4 miles from my home. No buses after certain time at night so had to stagger all the way back. This was one of the songs on my walkman at the time, so listened to it umpteen times in the god-knows-how-many-hours it took me to get back. Puked up in a few gardens too. HAPPY MEMORIES !!!

@jlocorriere05 A waste of a life it wasn't.At least not in the sense that Amy Winehouse, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Kurt Cobain, Donny Hathaway, and others who died in their 20s and 30s were. He lived into his 60s, and left a legacy of songs that humanity will be listening to and enjoying until the end of time.

@ANNEAVES I agree, Bobby Hatfield could always raise it that extra bit couldn't he? His needless death was a tragic waste of a life. At least he's left some great albums to remember him by. I'll never tire of listening to him.
