igot ione of these as a gift lmonday . we tried to rewind the tape.. no luck .. then i googled dictaphone. found a dictaphone restoration guy .. gotthe dictaphone tape must be modified to accept the rease magnet though , or everything you already played will still be on the tape.. you'll see what i mean if you open the unit while inserting tha sort of cartridge.. hidden gem here for sure!.. i AM in heaven !
