As Western aid groups leave Somalia, Al Qaeda is apparently filling the void, handing out milk, dates, money and Korans. But their plan to send refugees back to their famine-hit homes could spell disaster.

This is a typical terriost stunt to create recuits! Them come in and spend a little money on helping the people, they will look to gain respect in the peoples eyes and they will recuit every able body to help destroy the west. Very similar to Columbia's drug gangs and how they operated in some slums there. Just my point of view!
