@associatedwithlosi How did you hear that? I've never heard of him playing anything but Edwards except for a straight Bach 42 he recieved from Glen Dodson early on in his career.

Great playing, but is he smiling for the extreme high register? I thought that was frowned upon (excuse the pun).

Actually, Its not you, he is using the bach 50 series bass trombone slide. It produces a larger tone. And has an extra position, He is using pretty much an edwards bell, thayer valve section, and bach bass trombone slide.

His slide seems longer because he's short.
Not to put him down or anything.
He's my favorite player!
