Thanks for the advice...Like i said i really trust your opinion because you kinda stand in the gap! Yea it s not that i don't want it, actually i've been lusting over this thang for months. im just toggling on if i wanna drop 1499. I was just kinda detoured a bit when i emailed kelley music on why they raised their price from 1349 to 1449 (i know its only 100 dollars, but still, principalities..lol). They said they where "encouraged" by beat thang to raise their, because best buy complaints.

@THEOPHILUS1 I know you say they are not Akai, however, they have a product that stands with them. I trust they will deliver. I know they are working hard, and have been for a long time. I also think if you are really uncomfortable about the purchase, then you shouldn't do it. That's how I live... and I don't try and persuade anyone to do something they doesn't feel good for them. Those that buy this will want it! I have a test unit, I love it and I'll love it more once the firmware is 100%
