Has the continuing concentration to these three areas proven to be a sound approach?
Same sort of approaches here in Finland, only a different currency.
Question is, is the competition between those firms that are offering services for infrastructure, fair? Here at least, there is just added amount of grey job market and need to change practices. A large amount of investment money doesn´t come back through taxation.
