casey, a daughter of a ex cop, a daughter of a ex nurse, just think for one moment, casey has been raised in a family that knows the medical feild and the ways of the police force.she knows how to work the system to her advantage and on the medical she know what drugs to use and to hide the evidence.

Bill and Geraldo:
Many comments on Cindy's statement that Casey has no mental problems and had never been evaluated by a professional. It is quite clear that she is a sociopath and that her tears fall only for herself. I remember one of my college professors saying that the only way to protect society from sociopaths would be to put them all on an island where they could only harm each other. Too bad Casey was'nt shipped out before she tired of Caylee. She should face justice.

Cindy said Casey had never been "diagnosed" with any mental illness (she was very careful about her wording there) but that's probably because Casey never been to a professional about it. If Casey had been evaluated by a professional, I'm sure she would have been diagnosed with personality and other disorders. Cindy has spoiled and coddled Casey her whole life and convinced herself and Casey that nothing was wrong so she never sought professional help for her.

The accident thing doesn't fly with me. Caylee dies by accident and Casey is so shocked and upset that she parties at clubs and then lies about everything. No, I don't think so. I think her whole little "vacation" was planned so she could kill little Caylee and then spend a month trying to concoct an alibi.
