このビデオブログは実験で、これを作ることによって私の日本語が１ヶ月でどれくらい上達するかを見るのが目的です。

I want to call the guy who plays the dad sexy because that's what I'd say in English ... but I heard that セクシー　is only to describe women in Japanese ... is that right?
But かっこいい just doesn't seem to cut it ... hmm. What to do?

ありがとう！Hmmm actually I haven't seen many - and I don't have a TV. But one series I did watch recently (I borrowed it from someone) was an old one called ひとつ屋根の下. I enjoyed some things about it, like the fast pace and the comedy dialogue. But in parts I thought it the mix of very heavy themes (like rape, gangs, abortion ... ) and comedy was odd/offensive and didn't really work.
