Back by popular demand...Finally here is the sequel to my Push up video with my original song RockStar©...I workout a little different than most. So Its a little out there to say the least...Enjoy.

A pull-up is defined as: An upper body compound pulling exercise where the body is suspended by extended arms, then pulled up until the elbows are bent and the head is higher than the hands.

    everyone tossing down a why don't you______ or a thats not hard comment can eat it. this is unreal. try it and see where ya get.

    oh and added weight pull ups normally change them from being an endurance work out(high reps) to a strength work out(6 reps) so it depends on what you want. added weight doesn't make you badass
