Undulatus asperatus is the suggested name for a new type of cloud to appear in modern times. This type is cloud is also known as Altostratus undulatus.

Video taken near Franklin, NC in the late afternoon of Feb 20, 2011.

  • @ukhan491 There are more videos of these clouds just posted, search "Chicago clouds" and sort by upload date. They happened here July 1st 2011. First time I seen them and they were amazing.
