WARNING: This video may make you as dizzy as I am! Furhead found this hilarious, something that you may consider another warning.

Furhead and the Keykeeper got remote controlled helicopters for Christmas. I have a ceiling fan. Proof yet again that a bored Uxwbill is a VERY dangerous thing.

Seriously: don't try this at home, kids. It's not a nice thing to do your camcorder, especially if it crashes into something! I'm not in any way responsible if you ignore my recommendation NOT to do this.

Were this a tape camcorder, I could probably make some really nerdy joke about a "flying erase head".

How many objects in my room can you identify?

  • yepppppp I knew someday uxwbill's electronic goodies would come to life and start operating by themselves!!!!!!!

BTW I am so dizzy from this that only thing i could identify was me falling off the bed causing a small earthquake..HaHa I swear I saw a uxwbill fly by with a fryin pan chasing him LoL

  • @blazerlover25 I don't think there was a frying pan in the video, as my mother didn't know I was doing this...and hasn't found out. Yet.

  • i wouldnt do this with a camcorder, but one of those keychain cameras you can buy on ebay from china would be okay, i need to get one of those for my model railroad, that would be neat

  • @gmcnewlook There is only one problem I'd see with using a keychain cam...most of them record in "no definition" or need lighting sufficient for a football stadium to work.

I also seem to remember that most of them don't capture audio, or only very poor quality audio.

  • I can identify, a Macbook, a printer/photocopier machine, a very large hifi unit which I cannot name, a samsung monitor, a coffee machine and a computer chair

  • @aly369 Starting from the beginning...there is the JC Penney MCS stereo system with a number of other stereo components on top, a busticated Samsung flat panel and a few camcorders in cases, my TV set, a Realistic NOVA-6 speaker, RadioShack microphone on a stand, my desk with a record album, turntable and ultrasonic humidifier on it. On the wall after that there is the Bearcat scanner, followed by my bed with a few laptops on it.

  • Next up: flying PS/2 model 95.

Your ceiling fan may become moderately "displaced" however.

  • @DcFXC You can be sure of that! If you do--and I'm not encouraging you by any means--do feel free to post a video response! Unless of course you break your camcorder or ceiling fan, in which case I never posted this video.

  • it's also bad for the health of your ceiling fan!

  • @uxwbill I hear you loud and clear! And I'd classify you & me not as hoarders, but more so sentimentalists. heheh

  • @TheMrbum Luckily it only has a flash memory card. I don't know if that will be much different, perhaps the file system might barf? (cue rimshot FX)

  • @ScoobyBaseball There's the story of my life, right there. Right after I got rid of something, I'd be sure to find the other piece I needed to use it. Of course.

I try not to be a hoarder and only keep what I really use, but sometimes it is really hard.

  • @walshmonster2005 Ha ha ha...what good would that do? Everyone knows that if you want surround sound, you should only use a cheap transistor radio with your ceiling fan!

Look carefully and you might *see* an AM stereo tuner tho.

I don't think you have enough to do at this newfangled job of yours! (Me, I know I don't have enough to do.)

  • Are you gonna do this to an AM stereo receiver sometime?
