@mavekeal like 5 or more episodes ago he mentions his "misses" is pregnant. The other contestants have also made comments that he should leave the show and go be with his pregnant partner.

They talk a great deal on this show about how there has 'never been a female biggest loser'. Maybe not in Australia, but the UK version was won by Jodie Prenger in 2006.

Hmmm. I don't think women have to lose as much weight as men to show that we are "strong " and "in control of our lives". It's just biology. Women are meant to have higher % body fat than men, for procreation and for our body shape - no matter how "strong" and "in control" we are, we aren't men and we shouldn't want to be.
