A pickup truck was towing an SUV on a trailer when it flipped over on the highway right next to a cop who had another moterist pulled over (possibly for speeding). The trailer was the type used by landscapers to haul lawn mowing equipment, it was not rated to handle this kind of a load. The rain was light and not a factor in the accident.

  • i bet that cop got a good vid on his dash cam too

  • @idontlikecops1 I called the police dept. the next day and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was very frustrated because I figured that is something the police would talk about over doughnuts the next day. But no one seemed to know about it.

  • once the trailer starts to fishtail wouldnt that be an indication to the driver to slow down and stop??? idiot

  • NO! Hitting the brakes was his downfall, he should have sped up.

  • @Raptor23 Looks like the SUV is on a flat bed.

  • And nothing of value was lost. Every time an SUV is destroyed and taken off the road, everyone becomes just a little bit safer.

  • cheapass trailer

  • wow That person did not know how to drive AT ALL...and why does this sorta thing always seem to happen around stopped cop cars? #LOL

  • @wwwE5150com danm pigs.. thats y i got this user name lol

  • Trailer Brakes. Electric??? use the hand controller. it applies the trailer brakes ONLY to Prevent Fishtailing. Surge Brake??? Lightly apply the towing vehicle brakes, this in turn activates the trailer brakes, again, to prevent Fishtailing... OR Use a Crappy Trailer, Overload it and when it starts to fishtail, Grab your pole cause your gonna get wet.

  • @wpmacyt There is no doubt it was an SUV, after looking at the video again you are correct that it looks like a pickup with the cap coming loose, but that was the rear window opening. The window actually popped open before the SUV hit the pavement and some stuff inside the SUV came partially out, blankets I think. It was my impression that they were moving because I saw boxes, bedding & food inside the SUV when I drove past. If you had a bet with someone, the one who said it was a pickup loses.

  • @wwwE5150com After the trailered vehicle hits the ground, it appears that a cap comes loose from the rear of the vehicle. Since you were there, could you confirm whether the vehicle on the trailer was an SUV or a pickup with a cap?
