  • Interesting. Are hepatitis A, B, and C different?

  • Hepatitis A is a also serious liver disease. Hep A is found in the stool of persons with hepatitis A. It is usually spread by close personal contact and sometimes by eating food or drinking water with the Hep A virus. There is also a vaccine to prevent Hepatitis A.

  • There is NO vaccine agaisnt Hepatitis C. Hep C is a liver disease caused by the hepatitis C virus. Hep C can sometimes be mild, but usually becomes a chronic (long-term) condition that can lead to cirrhosis of the liver and liver cancer. A person can get Hepatitis C through contact with the blood of an infected person (i.e.sharing contaminated needles to inject drugs).

  • So the answer is yes. They are all different viruses!

  • would this infect me if i dont get my injection like seriously if i ate healthy and do the right things would it come ?

  • A person can get Hepatitis B if he/she has unprotected sex, shares needles or toothbrushes, or has direct blood to blood contact with someone who has the disease. A woman with the disease can also infect her newborn during birth. Eating healthy does not prevent you from getting Hepatitis B. The best prevention is getting vaccinated against hepatitis B.
