A 135 second film on Love146's work to provide safe housing for victims of trafficking.
Fifteen-year-old Rosette ran away from her brothel when she became pregnant. She had been there since she was thirteen. With nowhere safe to stay, she ended up living with her six younger siblings, drug addict father and sickly mother, who earned the family's daily food by washing people's clothes. Rosette has had her baby and, in order to buy milk, is thinking of going back into sex work.
There is a lack of safe homes for rescued children like Rosette. The lucky ones are placed in overcrowded government facilities while others end up back in the same difficult situation or fend for themselves on the street. Love146 wants to build a safe house that meets their special needs where they will be physically and psychologically safe, a home where they will be loved and supported to rebuild their lives.
