@Dunixify No, probably not. A torch costs about $10. includes everything you seen me use. If you cant get one, just leave it alone. You'll only make it worse.

Is there nay way you could buff it out to completely remove the appearance of the blemish? Like gradually progress to a high grit sandpaper?
