@Dunixify No, probably not. A torch costs about $10. includes everything you seen me use. If you cant get one, just leave it alone. You'll only make it worse.

Is there nay way you could buff it out to completely remove the appearance of the blemish? Like gradually progress to a high grit sandpaper?

@westrsk No, you'll just melt them. I have found the only way to remove panels from a sump is to either cut them out, or smash them out with a hammer. Either way, you risk damaging the sump.
