Lol, i remember these days, its a bug cause in the EARLY sa-mp stages you weren't allowed and it was not possible to have a gun on interiors. (this is the bistro interior)
so what they would do was scroll weapons and rapidly press the fire button. on our screen we wouldnt be shooting, but on others people screen we would be shooting so it would make them die from the bullets
