what show i do is when i click on scan and save log and the notepad wont open with the log?

I agree with most of the comments posted, your videos a great and usable in most situations but unfortunately not in my case. I am unable to connect to the internet on my laptop for some reason, not sure if its a virus or spyware but i did follow the steps on the " Virus Removal Tip & Trick" video and I am still unable to connect to the internet wireless or wired. Hopefully you're able to help me out.

I have a problem, my HJT put the data in a notebook every time I click "Do a system scan and save a logfile" there will be an error when he tries to set date in notepad.

Please help When i press Internet Explorer a little box pops up and says " Internet Explorer has stopped working" "A problem caused the programly to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" Please Help Pleasee i dont know what to do

Thanks for making this video. I have looked at HiJackThis before but did not know how to use it. With your info, I will be much more able in the future. Do me a favour in your future videos, only use background music at the start and end of the video because I want to hear your words during the message. Cheers.
