I came to Russ Darrow Honda to have my 2004 Honda Pilot checked out. I purchased it privately, and wanted to know if anything needed to be done on it. Came in, maintenance was great. Terry worked on my vehicle. Took me underneath of it, showed me around, pointed out what was good and what needed some work. No Bull kind of thing. I appreciated that. When I came through the doors it was like family. They treated me with respect, kindness, good customer service, and I had never been there before. Its just something that is in them, something Russ Darrow does on a daily basis. Because of that I keep coming back! Im type of person that if its good I will write about it, if its bad I will write about it. Its just something I like to do. I belong to Yelp and also on Google, wrote reviews there. I tell everyone I know that needs to get a Honda checked out to come to Russ Darrow Honda. Overall I feel the Russ Darrow difference is family, respect and treated with honesty.
