I made an offer, just in my thoughts of course of 3.5M while watching this, even before seeing any price details, maybe I got ESP and don't know it! ...and I know nothing about real estate.

Some of this stuff isn't really possible to do in The Sims 3. It's a nice house, but I don't like some of the funky shapes to it, like the support beams, the windows in the doors, and the way the kitchen looked. Just don't seem very home-like.

I love modern / contemporary but this had to be one of the most sterile places I've ever seen, I'd be afraid to carry a drink across the floor. Whatever happened to the organic architechture of FLW, Goff, Neutra or Jaspers?
