@russianmusician It was 2002, at the concert of the highly respected composer from Latvia Maestro Raymond Pauls.

In the 1980's, in the USSR, Valery was banned by soviet authorities for his free, creative performances. Maestro Pauls took a risk and insisted to let Valery sing at his concert on the TV, adding that he also would NOT perform if Valery was banned. Both are Persons of High Conciousness!
