@sokodad napco was a four wheel drive train conversion that was offered by ford an chevy in the 50s whitch turn your truck from two wheel drive to four they are a we bit hard to find these days but id love to get about a 56 chevy suburban napco 4x4 in cherry red whit white interior all original whit ether a 283 v8 or a 235 strait six whit a 4 on the floor an this is coming from a ford guy LOL

Well I am building a truck just like the but not as nice but it is a 55 factory napco 4 wheel drive but mine is goin to be a cummins with a auto. Did you have any problumes with space. And ur truck a devorced transfercase?

that is the coolest truck ever i am putting a 24 valve in my 1990 chevy sport. what type of tranny did you use?

@trialsmasta357 I wouldn't sell one like that either. Have to say it looks factory new though! Must be garage kept. Only things I'd add are dual through bed exhaust and a CB radio. You really do have the coolest truck ever.

@Kolfritz All original is cool... but I wouldn't change a thing on this awesome truck!!! I like the fact that he uses it too instead of a garage ornament...JMO

Well, you have a sweet truck. I am restoring a 55.2 Chevy 3100 and added 1958 Napco running gear. The 58 also had a factory PTO winch which makes it pretty unique. Napcos are just awesome.
