I found a WWII handgrenade encrsuted in the coral at low tide, there in 1973.
The mama sans told me to throw it away.
I always wondered what they were catching out there at night.

This was our old antennae field back when it was an ASA station (60's and 70's). You could not go down there unless you were Torii Station personel. Eon's ago I walked that beach in my early 20's..
