  • There are adoption centers in Sweden cooperating with serious Spanish shelters, and those adoption centers are sufering now the consecuences of the program. 85% of the swedes believe that ALL SPANISH DOGS ARE INFECTED, SICK AND THE SHETERS MAKE MILLIONS....this is not true at all. Just write "adoptera en hund" in the google search engine, I assure you that some centers are 100% serious and commited to the cause. Please, adopt dogs, they need you!

  • I totally agree with you: NOT ALL SPANISH DOGS ARE SICK and NOT ALL SHELTERS ARE A FRAUD!!! but I must also say that IT IS NOT the program who hurts the other associations and the spanish dogs...it is Julie Rescue. If they would have done things properly svt wouldn´t have done the program.Hopefully in a while people will start adopting again from serious centers.

  • @Gemahund - Too bad, media can't take responsibility for people being stupid.

¡¡Llevarlo al vete y curarlo, so zorrupias!!

  • Do you think the dogs you adopted through her has a good life? If the answer is yes, and think, where was the dog NOW if Julie hadn't taken it up?

  • even if it's from Julie, I don't see why these dogs should suffer and not be offered a new home just because of what some TV has been telling you for 2 hours? Julie has given 3400 dogs another chance, and there's nothing wrong wioth that, if people can't see that, well then maybe they need to see the world as it really is... Julie does her best and I respect her for trying as hard we she does. The only thing I was you to think about is:

  • Also for the past 2 weeks a 5 month old puppy has been living with me, my parents won't let me take in another dog, so I was hoping my vets could help me find it a new home, but after this, people have stopped adobting as many dogs from Julie, I was hoping she could give this 5month old puppy a new home, but thanks to this... Of course not...

Honestly people, try to think of the life of a puppy on the street, and then compear it to your own home, where it might have gone if you adopted it

  • Wrong, you are so wrong, if only knew...

The vet I use works with Julie, he does the vaccinations, casterations, gives the dogs micro chips and passports, when I took in a homeless puppy last year all these thigns came to a total of 240euros. I live in Almunecar, Los Pinos, and see some of these homeless dogs everyday, what Julie does is giving dogs a new chance...
