Looks good. I bet it looks better before you downloaded it to youtube. Youtube seems to make the videos jerky Although the HQ button makes them a little clearer.

Why is the train choppy? I sthat due to condensing to MPEG4? If that is true video, this camera sucks.

These were shot in 1080i HD. I edited them down to MPEG-2s so the file wouldn't be so big when I upload them to Youtube. The choppiness is a result of further quality reduction from Youtube.

Did you shoot with the best quality avalaible (HQ)?

I'm actually shooting these in HD FH. The highest quality on a consumer level. I just edited these down to MPEG-4 files for Youtube.

Thanks for clarifying. The downgraded video don't do the camera justice. On a csale from 1 -10, what do you rate it? Are there any flaws you wish could have been worked out prior to releasing this model? Is the battery any good or should I get two more higher capacity batteries?

If you wan't to check out something closer to the actual camera's quality, see my latest video. I'd rate it a 10. I have no flaws I could point out yet. As for the battery, you might want to upgrade to the larger 100 series if you're going to do some serious shooting.
