i hade Baratza Virtuoso it wont work with espresso machines the guy told where i bought peace junk ive got the chrome model Nuova Simonelli Grinta Grinder cost 9 houndred dollers best grinder in the world with rancilio silvia v3 i realy love it thats why peaple dont get creama you need commercial grinder

@thelegend761 It does work with some machines, but it is pretty close to the finest setting in order to do so and often folks have to recalibrate. It's kind of the bottom rung for espresso grinders; but I agree that the more you invest in a grinder, the better your results -- pay more for the grinder than the machine, IMHO :) - Kat

I gotta go with the Baratza Virtuoso. The company sent me a new gear box to replace the old one, with extra shims to make the grind finer. It now grinds better than the Rancilio Rocky I bought from you guys. And it doesn't clump! :) The Rocky has been demoted to drip coffee. *lol*

We have one of these at the shop for our swiss water decaf espresso (no idea why we started carrying that) and its just as described, lumpy but good for the price
