Lost 12 pounds

You'll have to forgive me, this video is super short...I didn't know what to do and I gave up and started crying halfway through it on the inside. I'm having trouble emotionally dealing with this since it's basically the greatest achievement of my life for the past 5 or 6 years...It'll get better. I know it.
